In order\u00a0to optimally benefit from the new technologies, the strategic goals\u00a0of the cities and the cities\u2019 current problems need to be recognised.<\/p>\n<p>Sohjoa Baltic project partner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.flou.io\/content\/index.php\/fi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">FLOU<\/a> from Finland conducted a survey. Findings show, that cities&#8217;s highest priorities aim at reduction of operational costs and improving flexibility and responsivity to\u00a0demand changes.
